What To Do When Stumbling Upon The Unexpected

Monica’s latest music and book project is called  “What To Do When Stumbling Upon The Unexpected”, a 10 book children’s series focusing on Climate Change through the eyes of a child.

Each book is illustrated by an artist from the country of origin and is written in English and the target language where the characters, a 6 year old child named Winnie and a magical time traveling dinosaur named Allowishus attempt to figure out why there is danger of extinction.

Book One is in English, based in the US, and is illustrated by the brilliantly quirky and talented New Hampshire artist Aaron Risi.

Book Two takes place in France and so on. By book 10 we are back to the United States and the adventures continue between these beautiful characters, trying to find out why the adults aren’t listening to the kids regarding the fear of the end of the world, due to ignorance and greed.

Beautiful Disaster

Now she's gone, she had no choice
a "Gypsy Minstrel" without a voice
so listen well, and heed the call
you set her up before the fall
